Abstract
We describe a child with acute tabular dysfunction, reversible renal failur e, and uveitis, whose father has Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome. This is the first reported familial association of these 2 syndromes with distinctivel y overlapping clinical characteristics. A pathogeneic association is propos ed.
