Abstract
We report the first case of livedo reticularis revealing a latent infective endocarditis due to Coxiella burnetti. The patient, a 54-year-old woman, a lso had chronic thrombocytopenia and mixed cryoglobulinemia. Chronic Q feve r was confirmed by serodiagnosis and livedo regressed totally with doxycycl ine and hydroxychloroquine.
