Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a low grade, malignant spindle ce
ll tumor with an infiltrative growth pattern and a high rate of local recur
rence. This tumor's cell of origin is controversial. DFSP usually presents

has not been previously described in the oral cavity.
