Abstract
The association of anomalous left coronary artery with congenital heart dis ease is a rare occurrence. Seven cases of anomalous left coronary artery as sociated with tetralogy of Fallot have been reported in the literature. We report a unique case with severe mitral valve abnormality that precluded st andard surgical repair.
