Abstract
By using a spectroscopic imaging scheme we show that spatial locations of q uantum dots (QD's) can be determined with nanoscale precision. This capabil ity enables us to observe: (a) thermally activated interdot carrier transfe r among neighboring QD's and (b) formation and disintegration of multiparti cle states manifested by the interdot population shuffling.
