Abstract
Stable 2,5-di-tert-butylphenylsilanetriol was prepared by a stepwise synthe sis. This compound reacted with triethylenediamine and lanthanum silylamide to form a 1:1 molecular complex and highly thermally stable lanthanosilses quioxane, respectively.
