Abstract
In the title compound, [(C5H5)Co{P(O)(OCH3)(2)}(3)MoOCl2], an oxomolybdenum (V) unit binds to two chloro ligands and one tripodal oxygen-donating ligan d. The coordination geometry around the Mo atom is a distorted octahedron.
