Abstract
Adrenaline/epinephrine is the first choice remedy for emergency treatment o f anaphylaxis. High risk patients should carry systems for self-application with them (injectors/inhalation aerosols). They must be trained in using t hese systems for self-application. We give a critical overview of the avail able systems.
