M. Gill et al., Pigments of fungi. LVII - Structure and X-ray crystallographic analysis ofdermocanarin 10, a new naphthalene-dihydroanthracenone dimer from an Australian Dermocybe toadstool, AUST J CHEM, 52(9), 1999, pp. 881-884
The structure and absolute stereochemistry of the fungal metabolite dermoca
narin 10 (2), which differs from all previous members of the dermocanarin g
roup by virtue of the connectivity between the anthraquinone and dimethoxyn
aphthol rings, is deduced from spectroscopic data and confirmed by a single
-crystal X-ray structure analysis.
