A case report of a yearling who presented with a chronically enlarged dista l radius and draining tract, with radiographically apparent sequestra. Surg ical exploration found a large cortically lined defect in the medullary cav ity and the presence of an atypical type of osseous sequestrum. This report describes the case presentation, diagnostics, surgery, and case management . Sequestration is discussed in depth, as well as our thoughts and theories on this particular case.
