Abstract
A highly efficient procedure is proposed for the preparation of extrapure P 2O5 by vacuum sublimation of commercially available P2O5 This procedure can be used to prepare both fine P2O5 powders and polycrystalline ingots with a low specific surface (<1 cm(2)/g), depending on condensation conditions.
