Abstract
In this report, we describe an alternative method to the conventional arter iographic techniques of the left internal mammary artery (LIMA) graft using a balloon-tipped floatation catheter placed within the left subclavian art ery. The floatation catheter mill serve as both an occluder of the subclavi an artery as well as a port for contrast injection. It may be effectively e mployed in the rare instances where direct cannulation of the LIMA graft is not possible.
