Abstract
The analysis of radiation and scattering from a multiregion quasiplanar str ucture using the conventional method of moments (MoM) Es computationally ex pensive. To circumvent this difficulty, a computational scheme that supplem ents the classical MoM with the steepest descent fast-multipole algorithm i s presented in this paper. This proposed methodology is particularly well s uited to the analysis of finite microstrip antenna arrays. (C) 1999 John Wi ley & Sons, Inc.
