Abstract
A membrane containing highly lipophilic complex as an ion-unblocking layer was used to design a reference field effect transistor (so-called REFET). S uch REFET did not respond towards pH in a range of 2-10 and metal cations ( Na+, K+, Ca2+) in a range of 10(-6)-10(-2) M as well as towards chlorides i n a range of 10(-6)-10(-1) M.
