Abstract
Murine hybridomas were constructed that secreted monoclonal antibodies spec ific for hypodermin C (HyC), a collagenase produced by first instar larvae of the common cattle grub, Hypoderma lineatum (Villers). Monoclonal antibod ies produced by the hybridoma cultures, HL1-C1 KL1-C2, HL1-C3 and HL1-C4 we re each of subclass IgG1.
