Abstract
Femorofemoral bypass is an established procedure for limb salvage and disab ling claudication. However, surgical exposure of the femoral artery may res ult in damage leading to development of an inguinal hernia. Herein we repor t the first case of laparoscopic repair of bilateral inguinal hernias that developed after femorofemoral bypass.
