Abstract
Together with the previously described cacospongionolide B (1) and cacospon gionolide F (2) a new C-21 terpene (3), related to cacospongionolide B has been isolated from the sponge Fasciospongia cavernosa, collected in the Aeg ean Sea. The structure and relative stereochemistry of the new compound, we re proposed on the basis of spectroscopic data. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science L td. All rights reserved.
