Abstract
Reduction of paraphimosis can be a painful and difficult process. Methods t hus far proposed focus on decreasing the edema before reduction. We have us ed the basic surgical principle of traction and countertraction by applying a pair of Adson forceps directly to the band formed by the retracted prepu tial opening.
