Abstract
One cervical, two ovarian cancer cell lines, 7 cervical and 10 ovarian canc er clinical cell samples were examined the expression of p53 suppression ge ne and the concerning gene Bar and Fas protein by the method of enzyme-link ed immunosorbent assays (ELISA). As the results: p53 gene, Bar or Fas did n ot express in those three cell lines, neither in 7 cases of cervical cancer patients, but express positive in 8 cases of 10 cases of ovarian cancer pa tients.
