Treatment of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and Bowen's disease with laser and beta interferon

The combination between beta Interferon and CO2 laser therapy was used in 2 patients with vulvar Bowen's disease and HPV infection. The authors relate d the efficacy of this therapy modality, which avoid radical surgery (vulve ctomy). The cicatrization of the lesions was completely achieved in the fol lowing 6 weeks period, without intercorrences.
