Abstract
The acquired immunudeficiency as a risk factor to the development of genita l lesions has been studied by several authors. Condylomatosis was observed in 46.8% patients, the association condylomatosis and neoplasias was detect ed in 53.4% of women, and finally Cervical Invasive Carcinoma was detected in 2.91% of patients. The early detection of HPV infection in HIV positive women is very importan, because of the high risk of genital neoplasias deve lopment, specially in immunodepressed conditions.
