Abstract
Lasertherapy was applied to treat Vaginal Intraepithelial Neoplasia (VAIN). The most frequent association found was VAIN with high grade cervical lesi ons. Some facts are related to VAIN recidives ocurrence like: multicentrici ty of HPV infection and higher local viral load; individual immunological s tatus; size and extension of vaginal lesion and finally the insuficient las er vaporization depth.
