Hormone replacement therapy for management women with premature menopause

Sixty women with early menopause have been administered Klimen monotherapy during three months period in order to determine positive effects of hormon e replacement therapy in vascular diseases treatment. Each woman underwent clinical examination before and after treatment, which included. counting K upperman Index, brood pressure measuring, the Doppler parameters assessment of head vessel functioning and the assessment of autonomic system function s by spectral analysis of heart beating variability. Our results indicate t he expediency of hormone replacement therapy for treatment of postmenopausa l disturbances in women with early menopause.
