Abstract
In this paper, the linear delay difference equation x(n+1) - x(n) = - a(n)x (n-k), where a(n) greater than or equal to 0 (n greater than or equal to 0) any nonnegative coefficient sequence, is considered and its stability prop erties are investigated. The obtained result is extended to the nonlinear d ifference equation x(n+1) - x(n) = f(n)(x(n-k)). (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
