Abstract
The conditions for the differential analysis of five derivatives of 1,4-dih ydropyridine: nifedipine, nitrendipine, nisoldipine, nimodipine, and nicard ipine were developed by the thin-layer chromatography, differential scannin g calorimetry, UV and IR spectrophotometry methods. Also the appropriate th ermal, chromatographic and spectrophotometric parameters were established.
