Abstract
PbTiO3 with a perovskite phase has been hydrothermally synthesized without the alkaline mineralizer, and the characterization of PbTiO3 powders by XRD , TEM and other techniques is also given in detail. Compared with other pro cesses, this method can give the excellent ceramics powders free from the c ontamination by foreign materials.
