Jx. Li et al., Antagonistic effect of 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) generation of immunosuppressive protein of stress in the rat, CHIN SCI B, 44(21), 1999, pp. 1974-1978
Neonatal rats were injected with 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) for chemical sy
mpathectomy. The rats were treated with restraint stress when they grew up
to 56 d. It has been found that the generation ct immunosuppressive protein
of stress (ISPS) is significantly reduced, suggesting that peripheral symp
athetic nerve plays an important role in mediating the generation of ISPS.
