Abstract
The enantiomeric separation of chiral drugs by capillary electrophoresis (C E) in nonaqueous system has been investigated. Successful separation of bep ridil, ondansetron and pinacidil in formamide using beta-cyclodextrin as ch iral selector were achieved. The addition of triethylamine into the backgro und electrolyte enhanced the enantiomeric discrimination.
