Xq. Ren et al., Enantiomeric separation of three chiral drugs by nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis with triethylamine as additive, CHROMATOGR, 50(9-10), 1999, pp. 625-628
The enantiomeric separation of chiral drugs by capillary electrophoresis (C
E) in nonaqueous system has been investigated. Successful separation of bep
ridil, ondansetron and pinacidil in formamide using beta-cyclodextrin as ch
iral selector were achieved. The addition of triethylamine into the backgro
und electrolyte enhanced the enantiomeric discrimination.
