Abstract
We report the case history of a patient who presented with symptoms and sig ns suggestive of a left cerebellopontine tumour. He underwent an explorator y posterior fossa craniotomy, which revealed metastatic adenocarcinoma. Des pite intensive investigation, a primary site was not located and the patien t received cranial irradiation. The patient re-presented 2 years later with further symptoms from a metastasis in the right cerebellopontine angle. He refused further intervention.
