ominal mass was noted at the previous jejunostomy site. Subsequent segmenta
l resection of the jejunum disclosed metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of
the esophagus, It is possible that tumor seeding may develop at the jejunos
tomy site after transhiatal esophagectomy for esophageal carcinoma.
