Abstract
Two triterpenoids, salvadione-A (1) and salvadione-B (2), having novel carb on skeleta, were isolated from the hexane soluble fraction of Salvia buchar ica. Their structures were determined through single-crystal X-ray diffract ion analysis and are fully consistent with their NMR data.
