Abstract
Thermoanalytical methods are used for investigation of outgassing and sinte ring of hard-metals. Shrinkage (DILA), mass loss (TG), gas evolution (EGA - mass spectrometry) and thermal effects (DSC) allow to describe sintering p rocesses. The results may be applied for a better understanding of technolo gical procedures, e.g. for improvements of temperature-time-atmosphere cycl es in the production scale.
