Abstract
We report on a patient who had a solitary pulmonary metastasis from prostat e cancer 2 years after undergoing radical retropubic prostatectomy. Followi ng surgical resection of the lesion, the elevated serum prostate specific a ntigen (PSA) returned to an undetectable level.
