Abstract
Scrotal pneumatocele in the neonatal age group is extremely uncommon. To ou r knowledge only 4 cases of scrotal pneumatocele have been described in the English literature.(1-3) We report scrotal pneumatocele developing seconda ry to colonic perforation in a newborn with imperforate anus.
