Abstract
[GRAPHICS] We describe the first efficient application of the Stills coupling reaction on heteroaromatic cations. In the presence of Pd(0)/Cul, the reaction of b romoquinolizinium salts and Various tributylstannyl compounds proceeds in s atisfactory yield under mild reaction conditions, affording different subst ituted quinolizinium salts.
