Abstract
We describe a method for the production of baculovirus-based cDNA libr aries. By staining with monoclonal antibodies, single positive cells c an be sorted and the virus encoding for the surface epitope can be iso lated by limiting dilution. We have used this method to isolate cDNAs encoding several cell-surface antigens.
