Abstract
Fourteen new germanium-substituted Bis(propionato-di-n-butyltin) oxide with the formula [((R3GeCHRCHRCOO)-C-1-C-2)SnBu2](2)O: R-3 = Ph-3, N(CH2CH2O)(3 ); R-1 = H, CH3, Aryl; R-2 = H, CH3, were synthesized and their composition s and structures were identified by IR, NMR(H-1, Sn-119), MS spectroscopy a nd elemental analysis. Their structures in solid and in solution were discu ssed. The in vitro anticancer activity against KB cells, HCT-8 cells and Be l7402 cells was presented.
