Abstract
In a 16-year-old female, clonazepam (CZP) changed randomly occurring intrac table tonic seizures of frontal lobe origin to a few sleep seizures when us ed as an adjunctive therapy. The significance of this change in the seizure pattern is discussed with an explanation of possible pathophysiologic mech anism. (C) 1999 BEA Trading Ltd.
