Abstract
The ultrasonic flow metering technique has become an important method in re sidential and industrial applications. Especially for commercial purposes i t is a necessity to get notice of the measuring errors and their reasons. This paper describes the influence of disturbed profiles on the behaviour o f ultrasonic flow meters and the possibility to minimize the errors.
