Abstract
A nodular mass on the left flank of a 6.5-year-old female Teckel was surgic ally removed and histologically examined. Granuloma formation with degenera te collagen and an extensive infiltration of eosinophils, mast cells, lymph ocytes and histiocytes was observed, microscopically. These findings are ch aracteristic of canine eosinophilic granuloma or canine collagenolytic gran uloma. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case in a Teckel.
