Abstract
Bilateral vertebral artery injuries in closed cervical spine injuries are u ncommon, but early recognition and treatment are important to prevent neuro logical deterioration. A case of bilateral vertebral injuries in a 35-year- old motor vehicle accident victim is presented, and the current literature is reviewed.
