Abstract
Oxidation of [N(PPh3)(2)][Rh-3(mu-NC6H4Me-p)(2)(CO)(6)] with [FeCp2]PF6 giv es the novel hexarhodium compound [{Rh-3(mu-NC6H4Me-p)(2)(CO)(6)}(2)], cont aining three nearly coplanar condensed metallic cycles forming a doubly-spi ked square, by dimersisation of the trinuclear imidocomplex through the for mation of unsupported metal-metal bonds.
