Abstract
A one pot synthetic approach to the novel pyrazolyl, isoxazolyl and 1,2,3-( triazolyl)methyl-1,5-benzodiazepine system, by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrilimines, benzonitriloxides and benzylazide to 1-propargyl-4-phenyl-1, 5-benzodiazepin-2-one, is described.
