ludes benign lung lesions, described in the literature only as hamartomas,
The unusual condition of our case consists of multiple and bilateral lipoma
tous lesions of the lung and of adipose colonic polyps, diagnosed respectiv
ely by video assisted mini-thoracotomy and by endoscopic biopsies.
