Abstract
A 7-month-old infant boy with pleural lipoblastoma is presented. The diagno sis was confirmed by operation. Radiologic findings consisted of a pleura-b ased mass with well-defined margin. The main differentiation is from liposa rcoma, which is extremely rare in children under 3 years of age.
