Abstract
The authors report a case of a large, residual involuted hemangioma of the facial region in a 10-year-old girl. Ultrasound-assisted liposuction was us ed to debulk the tumor mass and to avoid the possibility of inadvertent iat rogenic damage to the facial nerve during surgical excision.
