Abstract
This article reviews an arthroscopic technique used to repair small- a nd medium-sized rotator cuff tears using a retrievable screw-in suture anchor and permanent braided sutures. The cuff is shaved, the bone is prepared arthroscopically, and a subacromial decompression is perform ed. After implanting the anchors, the sutures are passed through the c uff using Shuttle Relay suture passers and a suture punch. To complete the repair, the sutures are tied using a knot-pusher.
