Abstract
Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy (SHML) is an uncommon diso rder that typically manifests as systemic symptoms and lymphadenopathy. Ext ranodal, intracranial disease is uncommon. The authors report on a 15-year- old adolescent girl who had a suprasellar mass at magnetic resonance imagin g. Biopsy results demonstrated lymphophagocytosis consistent with a diagnos is of SHML. The clinical, radiologic, and histologic aspects of the disease are discussed.
