Abstract
The principle of the operation the SAW sensors is based on the measurement of time delay changes of surface acoustic wave. Shown in this paper are the possibilities of measuring the mentioned quantity using SAW generator. The paper consists of experimental results obtained by measurement of small vi brations using high sensitivity sensor of vibrations based on surface acous tic waves. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A.
