Abstract
Greguss proposed several generic names for homoxylous woods in the 1950s an d 1960s. Several are, however, not validly published or fall into synonymy. The present review is based on the re-examination of the original material and protologues. The new combination Agathoxylon parenchymatosum is propos ed as a consequence of such re-examination.
